Lucky100 Terms and Conditions – Rules Every Pakistan Player Must Know

1Introduction

Welcome to Lucky100. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Lucky100 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"), operating under the domain lucky100.ws. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any part of the Lucky100 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

Lucky100 is designed specifically for players in Pakistan and operates with Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as its sole account currency. These Terms apply to all services offered on lucky100.ws, including casino games, sports betting, live casino, promotions, and all account management functions.

These Terms were last updated in January 2025. Lucky100 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Registered players will be notified of material changes via the email address on their account or through an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

2Definitions

Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Lucky100" / "the Platform" — refers to lucky100.ws and all associated services, including casino, sportsbook, live casino, and account management tools.
• "Player" / "You" — refers to any individual who has registered a Lucky100 account or is accessing the platform with the intent to register.
• "Account Balance" — the total of real money funds held in your Lucky100 wallet, denominated in PKR, excluding any bonus funds held separately.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits awarded to your account under a specific offer, held separately from real money and subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before bonus winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Qualifying Bet" — a bet that counts toward satisfying a wagering requirement, as defined under each individual promotion's specific terms.
• "Verification" / "KYC" — the identity verification process Lucky100 requires before processing withdrawals above defined thresholds, which may include submission of a CNIC copy or other identity documents.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency used for all transactions and balances on Lucky100.

3Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use Lucky100, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Lucky100 does not accept registrations from individuals under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual (not on behalf of a business or third party).
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration and when requested during verification.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Lucky100 account.
• You must be accessing Lucky100 voluntarily and not under any form of self-exclusion order you have placed on your account.

Lucky100 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — not only at the point of withdrawal. Players who are unable or unwilling to provide adequate identity verification may have their accounts restricted or closed.

4Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one Lucky100 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared device, shared IP address, or any other mechanism — is a serious breach of these Terms. If Lucky100 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended, pending balances may be seized, and any outstanding promotions will be voided.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide your real name, accurate date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address during registration. Lucky100 does not accept fake names, nicknames in place of legal names, or any other misleading registration information. If your details change — particularly your mobile number or email address — you must update your account promptly via account settings or by contacting Lucky100 support.

4.3 Account Security

Your Lucky100 account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any other person, including family members. Lucky100 is not liable for losses incurred because account credentials were shared or compromised through insufficient care on the player's part.

4.4 Account Closure by the Player

You may request to close your Lucky100 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining real money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method. Bonus funds are not refunded upon voluntary account closure. Accounts subject to active investigation for fraud or policy breach cannot be closed until the investigation is complete.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Lucky100's welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus matches 100% of the deposit up to Rs 50,000. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. The bonus is credited automatically — no code is required. The welcome bonus is available to each new player once only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All Lucky100 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount received. This means: if you receive a bonus of Rs 5,000, you must wager a total of Rs 150,000 in qualifying bets before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.

While a wagering requirement is active on your account, the maximum single bet from bonus funds is Rs 2,000. Bets above this limit placed while a wagering requirement is outstanding may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being forfeited. Lucky100 monitors wagering behaviour continuously.

5.5 Bonus Expiry

All Lucky100 bonuses expire 30 days from the date of crediting unless specific promotion terms state otherwise. If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days, the bonus and any associated bonus winnings are removed from the account. The real money balance is unaffected.

5.6 Ongoing Promotions

Lucky100 runs regular promotions including reload bonuses, free bet offers, tournament specials, and cashback schemes. Each promotion has its own specific terms displayed on the promotion page. General bonus terms apply where specific terms do not cover a particular point.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Lucky100 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via six PKR payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit card. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees. Lucky100 charges no transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals — though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside Lucky100's control.

6.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by method — generally Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 1,000 for IBFT and card payments. Maximum deposits per transaction are method-specific and shown on the deposit screen within your account. Players may also set personal deposit limits through their account settings, which Lucky100 will enforce without exception once set.

6.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawals above Rs 50,000 require full KYC verification — specifically, a valid CNIC scan submitted and approved by our compliance team. This is a one-time process per account. Lucky100 reserves the right to request additional documentation for larger withdrawals or where fraud indicators are present.

6.4 Declined Transactions

If a deposit is declined, Lucky100 has not received your funds. Do not attempt to retry immediately without contacting your bank or wallet provider first. If funds have left your account but not appeared in your Lucky100 wallet after the standard processing time, contact our support team with the transaction reference number and we will trace and resolve within 4 hours during business hours.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet across Lucky100's sportsbook is Rs 50 per selection. Casino games have individual minimum and maximum stake settings displayed within each game interface. Maximum bet limits on sports markets are shown on the bet slip before confirmation. Lucky100 reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits for individual players or markets at its discretion.

7.2 Bet Confirmation

A bet is only accepted and confirmed when the Lucky100 system issues a bet reference number and the stake has been deducted from your account balance. A bet that appears on your slip but has not received a reference number has not been accepted. Lucky100 is not obligated to honour bets not confirmed by the system, including those lost due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

7.3 Errors in Odds

Lucky100 takes reasonable steps to ensure accuracy in all published odds. However, pricing errors can occasionally occur — particularly in rapidly moving in-play markets. Lucky100 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds. "Clearly erroneous" means odds that are materially inconsistent with the true market price at the time of placement due to a technical or human error. Players who routinely seek to exploit pricing errors may have their accounts restricted.

7.4 Cancelled or Abandoned Events

If a sporting event is officially cancelled, abandoned, or postponed without a result being declared, Lucky100 will void all related bets and return stakes in full. For events where a result is declared via official means (e.g., DLS in cricket, walkover in tennis), all bets stand on the official outcome. Lucky100 follows the ruling body's official result in all cases.

7.5 Cash Out

Lucky100 offers a cash-out function on eligible sportsbook markets. Cash-out values are calculated in real time and represent Lucky100's current fair value assessment of your position. The cash-out value may be higher or lower than your original stake depending on how the event has progressed. Lucky100 reserves the right to suspend or remove the cash-out function on any market without notice, including if a technical issue affects pricing accuracy.

8Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Lucky100 operates on the basis of fair play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent account restrictions
• Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or any form of software assistance to place bets or interact with casino games
• Exploiting identified errors in game software or platform functionality ("game abuse")
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live poker or Teen Patti games
• Placing bets on sporting events in which you have insider knowledge of outcome (match-fixing participation)
• Laundering funds through Lucky100 — depositing and withdrawing without genuine wagering activity
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated with payment providers while the funds remain in your Lucky100 balance
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent and written authorisation

9Account Suspension & Closure

Lucky100 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including attempted money laundering
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe
• Underage gambling — where evidence indicates the player is under 18
• Receipt of a formal self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or other legal obligation requiring restriction

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Lucky100 will notify the player via their registered email address. Where a breach is confirmed, real money balances may be refunded to the verified payment method at Lucky100's discretion, after deducting any amounts representing winnings from prohibited activity. Bonus balances are forfeited on account closure for breach.

10Privacy & Data

Lucky100 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to Lucky100 collecting, storing, and processing your personal information for the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy — including identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and personalised communications.

Lucky100 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies as required. You have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, and deletion of data (subject to legal retention requirements) by contacting support@lucky100.ws.

11Responsible Gaming

Lucky100 is committed to responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — and we take seriously our obligation to support players who may be experiencing difficulties. The following tools are available to all Lucky100 account holders and can be activated at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Loss Limits — cap the amount you can lose in a defined period. Once the limit is reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders — set a notification to alert you after a specified time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period — take a break of between 24 hours and 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account is fully accessible for withdrawal but no bets or deposits can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from Lucky100 for periods of 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. To self-exclude, contact support immediately.

12Liability & Disputes

12.1 Limitation of Liability

Lucky100 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control — including but not limited to internet service interruptions, power outages, device failures on the player's end, or third-party payment network disruptions. Lucky100 will make reasonable efforts to restore service quickly and to void affected transactions fairly where system errors caused incorrect outcomes.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute regarding a bet settlement, a transaction, a promotion, or any other Lucky100 service, contact our support team at support@lucky100.ws with full details including your account username, the relevant transaction or bet reference number, and a description of the issue. Lucky100 aims to respond to disputes within 48 hours. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our support process, Lucky100 will refer the matter to an independent adjudicator whose decision will be final and binding on both parties.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which Lucky100 operates. Lucky100 processes all transactions and applies all gaming rules in good faith in accordance with industry standards for licensed online gaming operators.

13Changes to These Terms

Lucky100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players through in-platform notifications and email to the address registered on the account. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Lucky100 following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

For changes that materially affect a player's rights — such as changes to withdrawal limits, bonus terms, or account closure policy — Lucky100 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice before the changes take effect. Minor corrections, clarifications, or formatting changes may be made without prior notice.
